La Mer Brand Extension
This brand extension for La Mer into the fragrance market was developed after conducting a comprehensive brand analysis, market research, and competitor and trend analysis. I was responsible for analyzing the competitor landscape, researching Estée Lauder Companies, examining market trends, and determining pricing and positioning strategies. Additionally, we created the product and identified the optimal placement for its launch. We collaborated with an interior designer to create a 3D store model and floor plan.
